1. Screen brightness is too dark

  • Increase your device’s screen brightness to the maximum setting before scanning the QR code.

2. QR code orientation changes when placing the phone on the scanner

  • Lock your phone’s screen orientation to prevent the image from rotating during scanning.

3. QR code appears cropped or does not display correctly

  • Open the QR code attachment as an image rather than within an email preview.

  • Ensure the image is displayed clearly and avoid excessive zooming in or out.
