QR Code Scanning Issues
1. Screen brightness is too dark
Increase your device’s screen brightness to the maximum setting before scanning the QR code.
2. QR code orientation changes when placing the phone on the scanner
Lock your phone’s screen orientation to prevent the image from rotating during scanning.
3. QR code appears cropped or does not display correctly
Open the QR code attachment as an image rather than within an email preview.
