1. Screen brightness too dark
- Maximize screen brightness
2. QR code image orientation shifts when user places phone on the scanner
- Lock phone screen orientation
3. QR code image cropped/not displayed appropriately
- Open the attachment as an image
- Make sure the image is displayed without zooming in/out too mu
