How to Start Your Identity Proofing Session
To begin your Identity Proofing session, you must have a QR code, which is typically sent to you after completing the pre-enrollment process.
Once you have received your QR code, present it at the kiosk to start your Identity Proofing session. If you do not have your QR code or are unable to locate it, please inform the agent for assistance before proceeding.
