What to expect during your Identify Proofing session?

You’re about to complete your IAL3 Identity Proofing session. This process takes place at a secure identity kiosk, with a trained agent onsite to guide and support you throughout the session. It’s similar to a self-service check-in, with expert assistance available at every step.

Before You Start

To help ensure your session goes smoothly and without delays, please review the following:

• Bring Your Identity Documents

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required (such as a driver’s license or passport).

  • If multiple documents were requested during pre-enrollment, please bring all required documents with you.

• Prepare for Facial Image Capture

  • Do not wear sunglasses, eyeglasses, hats, or any accessories that cover your face.

  • Ensure your face is fully visible, including your eyes and forehead.

• Dress and Appearance

  • Avoid heavy face coverings or anything that may obscure facial features.

  • Neutral clothing and minimal accessories are recommended.

• Stay Relaxed

  • The agent will explain each step of the process.

  • Feel free to ask questions at any time if something is unclear.

• Allow Enough Time

  • Please plan to arrive on time and allow sufficient time to complete the session without rushing.
